"The Conceptual Impossibility Of Death" feels less like a collection of conventional songs and more like an excavation. Rather than chasing memorable hooks or predictable structures, Wereju builds an atmosphere of mounting unease, where repetition becomes hypnotic and texture carries as much weight as melody.

The production leans into a raw, analog aesthetic that suits the material well. Layers gradually emerge and dissolve, creating the impression of wandering through an abandoned ritual site where every sound has been left to decay naturally. There's a deliberate restraint here - the track avoids overproduction, allowing imperfections and negative space to become part of its identity.

 In one telling of the tale it was Epimetheus who opened the jar of Pandora, unleashing all the ills of the world upon mankind. The name Epimetheus means 'Afterthought', or as Hesiod puts it; "he whom mistakes made wise".

Maybe one day our collective mistakes will help make us wise???

Banagher Caves

For the past two weeks I've been working on building a rehearsal / recording space in the back garden.. 

In an attempt to be ecologically "friendly" I decided to attempt to build it using Earthbag Construction.. 

The work is back-breaking and labour intensive.. Just like all the best things in life I guess!!
